This patient wanted an improvement in the appearance of her nose and chin. She did not like the tip of her nose, which was round and bulbous, and she did not like the hump on the bridge. Her chin was sunken in. A full rhinoplasty was perfromed narrowing and elevating the tip as well as reducing the dorsal hump. A chin implant was also placed giving her more of a strong chin to fit her face. She loves her results!
