What to Expect During Your Appointment
The entire appointment typically takes 40–60 minutes, with the actual scanning taking about 10–20 minutes per breast.
- Preparation: You will change into a comfortable gown. No special prep or IVs are required.
- The Scan: You simply lie face-down on a padded table while the breast is placed in a warm, filtered water bath.
- Expert Review: Every scan is reviewed by a board-certified radiologist specifically trained in QT breast imaging.
