I was sent to this office from the ED. I had fallen and injured my wrist. I was seen the first visit and it felt very rushed. Before the second visit, I called to ask some questions. The first persons I spoke to was not very kind. Then Julie the office manager got on the phone. During our conversation she told me that even if I arrived a little early for my appointment, "the COSMETIC PATIENTS came FIRST!!" That was very upsetting. Then as soon as I checked in for my second visit, I heard the lady at the front, tell the Assistant, " Remind me to tell you the story about this one", as she handed her my chart. She thought I didn't hear her. Then again the visit was rushed... I was there 35 min past my appointment time, and arrived 15 min early, and the doctor spent 5 min with me. When I asked him if I could have the MRI done anywhere he rudely said "I'll just write a prescription so you can have it done anywhere." I get to the office that I would have the MRI done and they look at the prescription and he didnt even write my name on it. The lady said " wow, he was in a hurry." So if you are a hand patient....PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!! COSMETIC PATIENTS he will make sure you come first so I'm sure you will love him!!

I had a consultation today for a procedure. Dr. Coley and his staff were very personable and and professional. All my questions were answered and the appointment did not feel rushed.

Paid for a consultation that really never happened. The man just told me to show him a picture of what I wanted and that’s what he did. Overall I’m happy with the results it has been over a year now and the result is still there. I have recommended several people that have got procedures done here they are happy as well. Definitely will be back.

Dr. Coley and his staff are amazing. His practice is beautiful and contains their own surgery area. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. Dr. Coley is extremely knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for better results. He made sure all my questions were answered and he is nothing short of amazing. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Coley, his nurses, and the CRNA, Ryan, truly put my at ease and made the process go so smoothly. I would recommend Dr. Coley and his staff to anyone! Best of the best for sure!
